A similar principle applies when encountering cards like a heart jack and a spade queen in the columns. You would place the jack on top of the queen, creating an offset arrangement that reveals a third slot.

Once you exhaust your available cards from the columns, you must start placing cards from your reserve pile. The gameplay continues back and forth between players until one of them runs out of cards.
